We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carer in the Southwest Kent region.

About the Role


As a Carer with Home Instead, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.


Your duties will include assisting with personal hygiene routines, meal preparation, administering medication, social activities, and light domestic work.


You will be trained to provide all necessary care services and will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills.


No formal qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.


Working Arrangements


This is a part-time position, with flexible hours available to accommodate our clients' needs.


Peak hours are 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, including alternative weekends.


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career development.


Our clients are classed as semi-independent, managing most aspects of their daily lives, but requiring some assistance to remain at home.
