Leading the way to carbon zero, we offer a range of renewable technology services to our ever-growing customer base including some of the largest house builders, M&E companies and Housing Associations in the UK.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator to join our growing team, where there is scope for you to grow with the company and build a career path that best enhances your skills.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the team, therefore you must possess the ability to prioritise a busy schedule and meet project deadlines.
Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however we are looking for an organised and driven individual with strong communication skills. You must also be IT proficient as the role requires regular use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
**Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Handling of incoming telephone calls
- Appointment bookings
- Compiling, filing and issuing visit reports, installation certificates and handover manuals to clients
- Preparing job packs for the site team
- Compile, file and issue H&S documentation to clients
- Upkeep of training records
- Generating case studies
- Filing and data entry
- General upkeep of the office and maintaining office supplies
- Any other administrative / ad-hoc tasks that may arise
