We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with financial records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounts administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
