We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with financial records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounts administration.
- Strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
