Job Summary:
Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers and suppliers, manage spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers, and reconcile financial accounts and direct debits.
- Customer Communication: Maintain customer contact for invoice payment clearance and resolve invoice queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Process Improvement: Follow standard procedures to support business objectives and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working in an accounts payable or accounts position.
- Skills: Understanding of account reconciliation and competent in Microsoft packages.
