As an Accounts and Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and payroll systems. You will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, Bank reconciliations, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the finance department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in payroll administration and accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
