At Air IT Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Centre (NOC) Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the NOC lifecycle experience for the Group, developing and managing service improvement plans with all enterprise level customers across the group, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for operational and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage service improvement plans with all enterprise level customers across the group to resolve issues raised and exceed expectations for internal and external business.
  • Develop new processes to align the Global NOC with the rest of Air IT regions.
  • Translate business requirements, issues and escalations internally.
  • Staff training and development and assessment of required operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for operational and business efficiency.
  • Service and agreement performance management.
  • Maintain information security by complying with the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies.
Requirements:
  • Commercial experience working with and ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and commitments.
  • ITIL certified.
  • Knowledge of AGILE project management.
