Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Associate Leader to join our team at The Brooksbank School. As a key member of our educational support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional teaching and learning support to students with additional needs. About the Job

  • Prepare and deliver tailored learning plans to meet the needs of students with literacy and numeracy difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENDCO to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and 2 Learning Support Assistants to ensure high-quality educational support.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative teaching aids and resources to enhance student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line management responsibility for Level 1 and 2 Learning Support Assistants.
  • Leading intervention strategies for SEN students within the SEN Department.
  • Monitoring and communicating progress of identified students to teachers and SENDCO.
  • Preparing adapted materials and teaching aids for students with literacy and numeracy difficulties.

Salary Details

This role attracts an estimated salary of £24,005 - £27,580 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
