HR Systems Specialist

Higher People LTD is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing our HRIS, MYView, and ensuring its optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and deliver e-HR tools to enhance the capability of the HR function and support the business.
- Manage HR systems, including administering, configuring, and maintaining payroll systems, employee records, and benefits.
- Optimize HR systems by continuously evaluating opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and enhancement of the colleague experience.
- Liaise with third-party providers and suppliers to resolve issues and provide timely business updates.
- Ensure data integrity and security by maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and enforcing security protocols.
- Lead MYView system support and training, ensuring all new starters and managers understand its functionality.
- Collaborate with the IT function to integrate HR systems with other business areas and systems.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting of metrics to enable decision-making across the business.
- Provide guidance and advice to colleagues and managers on HR systems.
- Previous experience with HR and reporting systems is essential.
- Knowledge of MYView and Zellis is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex data in a non-technical way.
