About Us:

The Progress Group is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools, supporting approximately 35 pupils on roll to provide a nurturing environment for children who need a supportive setting.

We are looking for individuals with Engagement Skills, able to engage learners and support their ambitions. They should be passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives, possessing Qualifications such as GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent). Knowledge of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs is also required. Experience working within an education setting or equivalent is essential, along with Professional communication with students and staff. Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
