About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategist to join our team at Digitas Health as an Associate Strategy Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pharmaceutical clients, with a specific focus in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant and guide to client brand teams, providing strategic guidance to drive results
  • Develop commercial, brand, and marketing strategies for assigned brands, as well as communications and POE strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Oncology and provide expert insights to clients
  • Provide analysis of large datasets and organize information into actionable insights
  • Develop creative briefs to inform creative solutioning and ideation, working with agency colleagues to create innovative ideas
  • Define measurement strategies and KPIs for clients, including test-and-learn/optimization recommendations
  • Lead workshops with cross-functional teams, creating project plans with clear deliverables and outputs
  • Provide strategic guidance on tools, processes, and frameworks to drive consistency in delivering growth plans across multiple markets
  • Work regionally across assigned market clusters and locally within the cluster
  • Identify high-growth opportunities in the market and act as a strategic partner to drive local and cross-market advantage
  • Guide and oversee the output of other strategists working on assigned brands

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of success in both consumer and HCP markets
  • Strong Oncology experience, with a proven ability to drive positive impact for clients
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with a strong understanding of network agencies and remote-based clients
  • Extensive related strategy and/or planning experience, covering commercial, brand, and customer experience
