Glaucoma Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Fellow Dental to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Ophthalmic Clinician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and advancing your clinical skills in glaucoma management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive oculoplastic service, collaborating with related specialties, and participating in weekly postgraduate educational sessions. Additionally, they will contribute to medical audit and provide training and research opportunities for junior ophthalmologists.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art digital platforms and diagnostic equipment, including the Humphrey Visual Field Analyser 3 and HE Spectralis OCT with Glaucoma Module Premium edition.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and surgical skills, as well as experience in complex head and neck cancer patients. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A competitive salary of £49,909 - £70,425 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate, reflecting their senior level of expertise and experience.
