We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at HMP Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality vocational training to learners.

Job DescriptionThis permanent full-time position involves delivering learner-focused vocational training in Painting and Decorating. You will work closely with learners to develop their skills and knowledge, and support them in achieving their goals.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learner engagement and motivation.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., TAQA assessment qualification).
- Subject-specific qualifications relevant to Painting and Decorating (e.g., Level 3 qualification).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
