Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners in their academic journey, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with training providers and colleges to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to promote our services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including Network Rail Group standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, training, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
