We are seeking an ambitious Culinary Operations Manager to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a key member of our passionate and hard-working team, you will be working together to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers in the market-leading food service company in the UK.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team, where they can develop their skills and expertise as a Chef de Partie. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals to meet the needs of our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhere to health and safety procedures, and ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with our company's standards.

To be considered for this position, applicants should have relevant experience in a similar role, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be flexible, reliable, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
