About the Job: As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to internal customers, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  3. Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and issue resolutions.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve technical support services.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrated expertise in providing technical support and resolving complex issues.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and technology platforms.
Compensation:

Estimated Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience and performance.
