We are seeking a skilled Marketing Performance Lead to join our team at Access UK LTD. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand generation efforts and supporting the growth of our organisation.

### Job Description###

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound demand channels, driving results-oriented ABM programs, and continuously improving marketing programs through data analysis and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound demand channels (digital ads, email, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Drive results-oriented ABM programs in collaboration with sales, using tools and tailored content to engage target accounts and move them through the buyer's journey.
  • Continuously improve marketing programs through data analysis, experimentation, and optimisation to meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.


### Requirements###

To succeed as a Demand Generation Manager, you will need:
  • Proven growth marketer with extensive B2B demand generation experience, strong in sales enablement, and customer journey planning.
  • Expertise in ABX models, data acquisition, and management to drive conversion optimisation and lead nurturing.
  • Highly quantitative with strong data and analytics skills, plus experience in marketing tech and automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).


### Salary and Benefits###

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, a matched pension scheme, and one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
