Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our salon, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, making product recommendations and achieving service and retail targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide personalized customer service as part of the Aveda Guest journey
  • Make product recommendations and achieve service and retail targets
  • Check in and out of guests, take payments, and manage guest bookings
  • Ensure the smooth running of appointments
