  • Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with clinicians to ensure timely and effective treatment.

  • Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining the smooth operation of the practice, including handling payments and accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or reception, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in promoting company products and services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
