Job Title: Clinical Correspondence Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Administration Team in Colorectal Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical correspondence, including typing clinic letters and other medical documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type accurate and timely clinic letters and clinical correspondence
  • Manage generic emails and respond accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians, healthcare professionals, management, and patients via email, phone, or face-to-face
Requirements:
  • RSA/OCR III WP/Typing or equivalent qualification
  • AMSPAR or British Medical Secretary Diploma (including medical terminology) or equivalent knowledge
  • ECDL or equivalent certification
Desirable Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Medical audio typing skills
  • Experience with hospital systems and minute-taking

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
