Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join The Progress Shed in Somerset, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

About the Role:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY.
  • Ensure the smooth running of general administrative duties, including diary management and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades A-C to include English and Math.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a firm that offers financial advice or within a professional business services environment.
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and experience of working in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
