Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
The Progress Shed is seeking an experienced administration professional to manage our financial operations in Somerset. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of general administrative duties, including diary management and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the financial services team.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients, responding to their day-to-day queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a firm that offers financial advice or within a professional business services environment.
- Knowledge of FCA rules and experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
