Prescription Medication Administrator Role

Symphony Healthcare Services (SHS) has a vacancy for a dedicated Prescription Clerk to join the Medicines Management Team at Creech Medical Centre.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing all repeat medication requests sent in by patients, community pharmacies, and nursing homes in a timely manner within SHS protocols.
- Working with the practice medicines management teams, clinicians, and other practice staff to resolve all medicines-related queries.
- Liaising with hospital staff with reference to discharge and clinic letters.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a pharmacy, GP surgery, or administrative role and possess good IT skills/typing skills.
**Salary:** £23,464 - 24,442 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
