Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. Based in Carlisle, this exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £111 per annum plus staff discount.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts within an agreed timetable, focusing on specified cost lines in the retail profit and loss accounts for each store.
- Analyse variances to budget and prior years' financial performance.
- Support and answer queries from store managers, area managers, and the Retail and Finance Directors regarding store accounts.
- Produce information for and attend Finance Review meetings to review store performance, taking minutes and following up on action points.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with different software packages.
- Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
