We are seeking an experienced Optical Practice Manager to lead our practice in Wimborne, Dorset. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a small team of optical professionals
- Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer service
- Carry out regular staff training and development programs
- Ensure excellent dispensing skills and knowledge of contact lenses among team members
