Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our small animal practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a sole charge role, where you will work closely with our experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants to provide the best possible care for our patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise, as well as take on a leadership role within the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to optimise commercial performance, focusing on key measures.
- Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills and effectively utilising their talents.
- Actively support and share clinical best practices within the practice and the broader community.
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Track record of delivering strong commercial performance through effective clinical activity allocation.
- Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to maximise the potential of colleagues.
