Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Wimborne. This role offers a unique chance for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care and thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with the veterinary team.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively during your shifts, prioritizing patient care and team well-being.
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and well-being.
