Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at a leading Independent Financial Advice firm in Durham. As a key member of our back office support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role, preferably with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Intelligent Office (IO) experience is highly desirable.
