About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at a leading Independent Financial Advice firm in Durham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including managing client data and documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports.
  • Deal with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the back office team with tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intelligent Office (IO) experience is desirable.
