Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including managing client data and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports.
- Deal with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the back office team with tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Intelligent Office (IO) experience is desirable.
- A competitive salary up to £32,000.
- Study support towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services.
