As a key member of our back office support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role, preferably with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Intelligent Office (IO) experience is highly desirable.
