Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Care Support Assistant to join our team in Wareham. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to gain independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • To assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • To encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, but a genuine caring attitude and passion for enhancing the quality of life for others is essential.

The supported living service in Wareham provides a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be enhancing the lives of our clients by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging social interaction, and participating in community activities.

A typical shift pattern may include working Monday to Sunday between 07:00-22:00, 07:00-18:30, or 18:30-22:00, including some weekends. We reward your dedication with enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply) and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
