We are seeking a mature individual to join our community team in Wareham as an Autism Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and supported environment for individuals with autism, promoting good life skills and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sharing skills and life knowledge with individuals to enable good life skills and independence
- Maintaining accurate records regarding care plans, finances, appointments, and medication
- Following support plans to enable individuals to feel comfortable and happy
- Providing personal care, including hygiene prompts, bathing, and washing
