Support Assistant

Community Integrated Care is a leading health and social care charity that enriches the lives of people with diverse care needs. We are seeking a talented and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team in our supported living service in Dorset.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs. Your role will be to provide individualized support, promoting independence, choice, and dignity. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build meaningful relationships with our residents.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You will be empathetic, patient, and compassionate, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
