Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Focus Recruit. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform services in luxury cabins and develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty
  • Ensure all customers are captured on database through SMILE or registration card (following GDPR guidelines)
  • Assist with Public Relations events and help in the pre-organization of events
  • Take care of VIP customers, journalists, bloggers, influencers, etc...
  • Schedule appointments with customers and drive bookings to achieve occupancy targets of the treatment rooms
  • Contribute to the excellent maintenance of the boutique
Requirements:
  • Be available for a 4-week paid training in Paris
  • Ability to provide excellent personalized customer service
  • Flexibility during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Desire to learn product knowledge, application techniques, and beauty room treatments & protocols
  • Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance that customers have come to identify with our amazing brand
