Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Focus Recruit. As a pioneer in phyto-cosmetology, we offer effective products that cater to all skin and hair types.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury spa environments and be passionate about holistic/massage-based treatments. They must be approachable, friendly, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to drive treatment services and demonstrate/sell our luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform services in luxury cabins
  • Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty
  • Ensure all customers are captured on database through SMILE or registration card (following GDPR guidelines)
  • Assist with Public Relations events
  • Help in the pre-organization of events
  • Take care of VIP customers, journalists, bloggers, influencers, etc.
  • Contribute to the excellent maintenance of the boutique
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Drive bookings to achieve occupancy targets of the treatment rooms
  • As a brand ambassador, ensure grooming standards and attitude reflect the brand's luxury image

Requirements:

  • Be available for a 4-week paid training in Paris
  • Ability to provide excellent personal service
