About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences in a renowned luxury environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, adhering to health and safety protocols, and upholding the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality massage and facial treatments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Take ownership of the spa journey, providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand service rituals, treatment protocols, and products.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Meet or exceed occupancy targets and retail sales targets.

Requirements

  • Beauty Therapist NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a premium spa environment, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various days and hours, with a focus on work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
