Job Title: Asset Integrity Engineer

At UK Power Networks, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Integrity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Projects East team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and operational excellence of our 33kV SAP operations and 11kV tasks.

Job Purpose:

The Asset Integrity Engineer will be responsible for executing engineering tasks within their designated Operational team. This includes managing the construction and maintenance of substations and cabling on designated Client private and DNO network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction of large and medium-sized infrastructure projects, as well as smaller connections and CiC schemes.
  • Oversee the Construction and Maintenance programs for UK Power Networks Services' assets, operating at voltages ranging from 11/33kV to 400V.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Operational Engineer to ensure all work programs are completed on time and within budget, adhering to contractual commitments regarding time, cost, and quality.
  • Work with Technicians, Jointers, and Apprentices to ensure the delivery of the engineering tasks is up to the expected standards.
