Salary and Benefits

As a Physiotherapy Health Specialist, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of £38,500, with opportunities for increases and bonuses. Additionally, the company offers a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years), reimbursement of registration fees, supported revalidation, and a company pension.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, preferably as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic, with at least one year's post-registration experience. You will be required to write reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions make decisions about health and care, using your knowledge to make important recommendations.

You will undergo a 12-week training program, with options for 3 or 4-day weeks, and will have the opportunity to grow your career into roles such as team manager, clinical trainer, or quality auditor.
