We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator or Case Manager to join our team at GGT Insolvency Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Insolvency Practitioners and Directors, ensuring the effective management and completion of insolvency cases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory documents and reports
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resolve queries
  • Organizing and attending creditor and client meetings
  • Conducting investigations and gathering evidence to support claims and legal actions
  • Monitoring case progress and updating relevant parties as necessary
  • Providing general administrative support, including taking and making calls, sending and receiving emails, and conducting basic research tasks
  • Assisting junior members of the team with insolvency matters
Requirements:
  • At least one to two years of experience in corporate insolvency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience in using IPS
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
