Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Burgess Hill. As a key member of the senior management team, you will provide high-level administrative support and play a vital role in facilitating efficient communication between departments.

Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to senior management, handling confidential information, managing complex calendars, preparing reports and documents, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings and perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field and previous experience in an EA role, ideally within a Not For Profit organisation. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of £41,000 - £43,000 per annum, hybrid working available, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
