Key Responsibilities
  • Process the company's weekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain precise records of timesheets, hours worked, overtime, and rates paid.
  • Utilize excel spreadsheets to record timesheets, requiring a working knowledge of the software.
  • Manage and update all payroll files, both manual and computerized.
  • E nsure data quality and accuracy levels are met.
  • Demonstrate a sound mathematical understanding.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project/Contract Office, including photocopying and filing.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Directors.
Working Conditions

This is an office-based role, working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
