ICBC Standard Bank serves all business lines and support functions across the bank with a range of HR support services. The primary interface between HR and the business is a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs), who liaise with other areas of the HR function to deliver core and ad hoc processes, as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Global Mobility support and advice to all Globally mobile employees within ICBC Standard Bank. This includes managing and supporting all Globally Mobile employees, instructing and coordinating external suppliers providing Global Mobility services, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all Globally Mobile employees, including Assignees, Permanent transferees, and Permanent hires.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful assignments and placements.
  • Provision of Global Mobility data and administrative deliverables to ensure adherence to internal and external policies.
  • Review and manage all activities to ensure local statutory compliance is adhered to at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in working within a Mobility role, with exposure to international assignee and employee matters.
  • Fluent in English and preferable Mandarin (Business, conversational, reading and writing).
  • Experience of working with HR systems.
  • Strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and numerical skills.
