Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide support to the Co-ordinator – Housing and the Team Leader - Sheltered Housing in delivering a high-quality sheltered housing service.
Main Responsibilities
- To assist the Co-ordinator – Housing and the Team Leader - Sheltered Housing in the provision of an efficient and effective sheltered housing service.
- To work collaboratively with the team to ensure the needs of service users are met.
Requirements
- Grade 1 / Level 4
- Hourly rate: £13.78 - £14.09
- Annual salary: £26,000 - £27,000
Working Pattern
The post holder will work 5 days over 7 with alternate weekend working. Working hours are 8.00am - 3.30pm each day.
Regulated Work
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act.
Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
