Personal Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Care Specialist to join our team at ENABLE Scotland. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with mental health needs.
**Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
**Job Description:**
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and daily living activities to individuals
- Supporting individuals to manage their mental health symptoms and lead fulfilling lives
- Working collaboratively with Mental Health services and other Health professionals
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach when working with individuals
