Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities.

About the Home
This residential home provides 24-hour care and support for children and young people aged 8-18. As a Youth Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a homely and supportive environment, assisting with household tasks and care. You will play an active role in the lives of the young people, engaging in arts and crafts, taking them to movies, playing games, and keeping them safe.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines and activities, including meal times and bedtime rituals.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of high-quality care.

Requirements
- Experience in Team management or similar role.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential (Level 5 desirable).
- 2 Years experience in Ofsted-regulated children's homes provisions.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and procedures relating to childcare and education.
