Traffic Office Coordinator

Job Overview
The Traffic Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting a safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet at East Midlands VOC. This position is responsible for ensuring the Distribution Management System is up-to-date and data is correctly input daily. Additionally, the role involves ensuring Isotrak, Business Asset Tracker, and Vision FTA systems are updated and data is correctly input daily to comply with European Legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Distribution Management System is kept up-to-date and data is correctly input daily.
- Ensure Isotrak, Business Asset Tracker, and Vision FTA systems are updated and data is correctly input daily.
- Issue vehicle keys and logbooks in line with Royal Mail standards.
- Ensure digital tacho cards are downloaded in line with Royal Mail policy.
- Daily debrief with all drivers, resolving any issues and passing them onto the shift manager.
- Ensure planned maintenance is carried out for vehicles and the maintenance board and vehicle files are kept up-to-date.
Requirements
- Organized, independent, and able to adapt.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to input data to set deadlines while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience in an administrator's role is preferred.
- A full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points for driving up to 3.5t vehicle (van) to take drivers to vehicle workshops to collect HGV vehicles.
