Job Summary
- Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that provides quality critical power solutions, manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.
The Project Coordinator - IBAR will be based in Kendal reporting to Senior IBAR Project Manager.
The role will be in charge of coordinating different activities across various IBAR projects to support the Project Managers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes;
- Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems;
- Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status;
- Project managing IBAR tap off orders;
- Keeping in contact with clients & updating them regularly to ensure a good client relationship;
- Creating export documentation for projects leaving the UK.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires 2 years of related experience, competency with I.T. Software and MS Office, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills;
- High level of speed, organization and accuracy with excellent attention to detail and efficient at maintaining electronic documentation & thorough methods of working;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill, ability to act both as a Team player and independently across multiple activities.
