Concierge Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Australasian Recruitment Company. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a supervised and safe environment for residents, including monitoring the front door entrance and granting access to authorized personnel.
  • Undertake routine patrols of the property to ensure the security and well-being of residents.
  • Monitor common areas and report any issues to the Property Manager.
  • Log parcel deliveries and manage safekeeping to ensure residents' property is secure.
  • Supervise small works and ongoing contracts, including cleaners and waste removal.
  • Ensure records of attendance and testing are up to date and adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times.
  • Safely handle residents' keys and provide a 5-star customer service in a busy and diverse environment.
  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, handling their enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist residents and visitors as required and work closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building.
Requirements
  • Locations vary between SE1, E3, and SE9.
  • Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts with a 4on-4off shift pattern, including Saturday work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
