Pediatric Learning Support Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pediatric Learning Support specialist. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include working with children from birth to 5 years, supporting their learning and development, and contributing to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive environment. You will also be involved in planning and delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

About the Qualification:
The Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship is a 18-month course that covers a range of topics, including child development, health and safety, and special educational needs. You will complete a combination of theoretical and practical assessments, including coursework, observations, and exams.

About the Salary:
The salary for this role starts at £6.40 per hour and increases to at least the national minimum wage after the first year.
