Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a delightful and personalized luxury skincare service, building long-lasting relationships with clients and creating carefully curated experiences.
  • Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition, achieving sales objectives through retention and recruitment of clients, particularly High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
  • Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure retail excellence is maintained at all times, adhering to the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards.
  • Create a deep connection with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively introduce and recommend relevant products, providing a personalized 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times.
  • Maintain relationships through engaging clients using La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products, conveying their heritage, skin science, and benefits in a relevant and engaging way to clients.
  • Ensure exceptional service by encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin.

  • Exceptional service mindset, taking pleasure in providing outstanding service to clients.
  • Strong retail experience.
  • Real passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Affinity for luxury, striving for excellence.
  • Strong business acumen to drive sales and exceed business objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial, audacious, and dynamic.
  • Ability to connect and engage with discerning clients, transforming connections into personal relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and inspirational, authentic, and client-centric customer service.
  • Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities.
  • Ability to be a great team player as part of a high-impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
  • Arabic speaker is essential.
