Job Title: Beauty Consultant

La Prairie is seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized skincare luxury services to our discerning clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on La Prairie products and services, ensuring a tailored experience for each client.
  • Ensure retail excellence by maintaining high standards of housekeeping and retail standards.
  • Proactively introduce and recommend relevant products to clients, ensuring a personalized luxury service.
  • Maintain client relationships through engaging interactions and La Prairie Clienteling tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on all La Prairie products, including heritage, skin science, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional service mindset and strong retail experience.
  • Real passion for beauty and skincare, with an affinity for luxury and a drive for excellence.
  • Strong business acumen to drive sales and exceed business objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to connect and engage with clients.
  • Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities.
  • Arabic speaker is essential.
